Teeth Care
Tips
1. Avoid eating sweets! Excessive sugar consumption
can lead to cavities, yellow teeth, and other
problems. It's ok to treat yourself once in a while, but try not to eat too much.
2. Brush AT LEAST twice a day. As the Dentist always tells you,
It's important to clean your teeth at least twice a day, once in the morning and once
before bedtime, to prevent plaque build-up, cavities and gum disease. If possible, also try to brush after
lunch - you can keep your teeth healthy and white AND avoid bad breath!
3. Do not smoke! This may be a tough one for many people, but trust me, the
reward is more than worth it.
4. Try to reduce coffee consumption. We're not telling you to cut out
coffee altogether - just reconsider cups number 3, 4, and 5, for the sake of your teeth!
5. Floss twice a day. This
will help get rid of the food and plaque that is caught between your teeth (where your
toothbrush can't reach.) This will help to prevent the brown stains that develop around the crevasses where
your teeth meet. |
